Our Dash technology collects the viewing behaviour of the client, so that all their favourite palette choices, where they spent the most time, and what they interacted with most are all shared with the client and salesperson after the viewing; completely automatically. 

Dubai, UAE.

We were approached by several large scale developers in Dubai to create an immersive walkthrough experience, coupled with high quality flythrough videos to assist in the sale of some difficult to sell off-plan units.
 
Solution:
Triadic created an immersive walkthrough for the development allowing international buyers to walk around the available units. Provided with only a floorplan and several style guide images, we were able to showcase each unit it photo real quality, while allowing customers to view every inch of the unbuilt property.

Canary Wharf, London.

We were approached by a major UK housebuilder to build a fully immersive experience of their new off-plan Canary Wharf scheme. With a strong buyer base in Asia, the developer was keen for potential buyers to experience the units in the best possible way without having to fly to the UK.
 
Solution:
Triadic created an immersive walkthrough for the development allowing buyers to walk around the different units, as well as facilities within the building. Alongside this, we also created a series of flythroughs and promotional material for wider use when marketing the site.

South East Co-Working Space.

Our brief was to maximise the number of tenants signed up to this co-working space prior to it’s completion.
 
Solution:
We designed an interactive tool for prospective tenants to look around the space, as well as viewing it in different configurations to fit their needs. Special emphasis was placed on views from the space, which allowed potential tenants to choose their offices and desk space based off the views. Alongside this, we created an interactive map highlighting the location of the office, and its proximity to transport links and general ammenities.

Villa Bridget, Algarve, Portugal.

One of the most luxurious villas ever designed on the Algarve, Triadic were approached to generate interest in the site from early on in the construction phase, allowing both potential buyers and agents the ability to understand the site, and the luxury materials and design methods involved.
Solution:
A full multimedia solution was created for the client, which included promotional videos, high quality render images as well as our walkthrough technology, which allowed buyers to walk around the villa without the foundations even being laid. Triadic partnered with luxury goods brands to highlight the level of quality within the villa, and this was implemented into a buyers walkthrough experience.

Housing Development, Surrey.

A well renowned housebuilder approached Triadic to create an interactive experience for potential buyers of their development in Surrey. They were keen to have a digital edge above other sites in the area.
 

Solution: 

We combined traditional media solutions such as CGI’s and flythrough videos into an interactive white label app for the developer, which allowed buyers to understand a site that was still under construction. Our revolutionary walkthrough technology was also integrated into the app, allowing buyers to walk through and make palette changes to every unit within the scheme.
